With the holidays upon us and a bounty of celebratory foods and beverages available to us we decided to put together a little home remedy list for upset stomachs so we can all be a little merrier during the season. Happy Holidays!

Most often the reason for an upset stomach is indiscipline in dietary habits :

- Excessive consumption of alcohol
- Eating food high in greasy ingredients and spices
